Pain 2 Fame respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe that content available on or through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, (2) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and sufficient information to locate it on our platform, (3) your contact information, including email address, (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and (5) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner under penalty of perjury. Pain 2 Fame acts as a distribution platform and is not responsible for unauthorized content uploaded by users. Artists are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights. Any revenue, royalties, or payouts (if applicable) will be governed by separate agreements or subscription terms outlined within the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend distribution access if we determine that a user has violated our policies, engaged in fraud, or submitted infringing material. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
