Pain 2 Fame respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Artists are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights. Any revenue, royalties, or payouts (if applicable) will be governed by separate agreements or subscription terms outlined within the platform.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend distribution access if we determine that a user has violated our policies, engaged in fraud, or submitted infringing material. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
