Account Deletion Request

Pain 2 Fame allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

To request account deletion, please email support@saysohllc.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Upon verification of account ownership, we will process your request and permanently delete your account and personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, financial reporting, royalty accounting, copyright compliance, or contractual obligations.

Data that may be deleted includes:

• Account profile information

• User-generated content associated with your account

• Saved preferences and settings

• Uploaded media and files where applicable

Data that may be retained for a limited period or as required by law includes:

• Financial transaction records

• Royalty and payment records

• Copyright and DMCA records

• Security and fraud prevention records

• Information required to comply with legal obligations
